Each project taught us something. Here are four that still influence the way we approach a brief.
A 220-guest outdoor wedding with a rose-warm colour palette, live mbira ensemble, and a bespoke floral arch made entirely from local proteas and acacia blossom. The couple wanted a ceremony that felt rooted in the landscape — we delivered exactly that, on time and within KSh 1,800,000 budget.
A two-day offsite for 60 senior leaders at a private Nakuru lodge. We handled transport logistics, bespoke catering across three dietary profiles, breakout room design, and an evening cultural programme. The client has booked us for three consecutive years since.
Held in a Milimani estate garden, this 80-guest milestone birthday featured a rose-and-gold canopy installation, curated cocktail menu, and a surprise live acoustic set. The client specifically requested that nothing feel “event-like” — every element was designed to feel like a natural, luxurious extension of her home.
A 350-seat black-tie awards ceremony coordinated in partnership with the County Chamber of Commerce. We produced the full show — stage, AV, table design, catering for 350, and a live band for the after-party. Delivered over eight weeks from brief to event night.
