Echoiastro offers end-to-end planning across four core disciplines: corporate events, private celebrations, weddings, and event design. We don't operate as a booking agency — we work as an embedded creative and logistical team that is present from the earliest planning session right through to post-event wrap-up. That means one point of contact, one shared vision, and a single accountable team that knows every moving part of your event. Our fee structure is transparent: we quote a flat planning fee based on event scale, plus a supplier coordination margin that is always disclosed upfront.

We can produce a full design brief your existing suppliers can execute, saving you the guesswork and the costly last-minute changes.
Every engagement begins with a discovery call — usually 45 minutes — where we listen far more than we talk. We want to understand the occasion, the people it's for, and the feeling you want it to leave behind. From there we produce a written event concept document within five working days: scope, suggested venues, design direction, and a detailed budget outline. You review, adjust, and approve before we contact a single supplier. Timelines vary by event type: corporate bookings are typically confirmed eight to twelve weeks out; weddings we recommend engaging us at least ten months before the date to secure preferred venues and vendors in Nakuru and Nairobi.
